Transparency on legal costs
We appreciate just how important it is to know exactly where you stand in relation to legal costs.
For that reason, from the outset, we provide a fixed fee proposal which sets out very clearly what is covered, including disbursements (eg Land Registry fees, Stamp Duty and bank fees for bank transfers).
In the unlikely event that further costs will be incurred due to entirely unforeseen circumstances, we will let you know of the additional costs immediately to enable you to manage your budget effectively.
