When you know or suspect that something has gone wrong with medical care or treatment, knowing what to do or where to turn can be extremely daunting. You will have a plethora of questions. What went wrong and why? What are my rights? Can I complain? Can I see the records? Was this preventable? Is somebody going to apologise to me? Can I be compensated for my loss?

So, it’s not just the legal questions that require answers. Also, it’s important to remember that medical negligence doesn’t just affect the victim, but the whole family.

Always speak to an expert

Unlike most law firms, when you call you will speak direct to a specialist and highly experienced medical negligence solicitor.
