You will work alongside the head of department and one other solicitor in our Bath office. Prior experience of working in a law firm is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Experienced Property Litigation Solicitor/CILEX – SwindonWe have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Property Litigation lawyer, to be based in Swindon. This is a new position as we look to expand our flourishing Property Litigation team beyond its current base in Bath. Although you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own varied caseload of Property Litigation work, full support will be provided by the team. To this end, in recent years, we have invested heavily in IT. Currently, our work covers a diverse range of adverse possession, boundaries, easements, restrictive covenants, co-ownership, commercial landlord and tenant, residential long leasehold disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, and residential possession proceedings. Cases are undertaken in both the Court and Property Tribunals. As this is a new role, the ideal candidate is someone motivated in business development both internally and externally. We see the position as predominantly based in our expanding offices in Swindon, although there is scope for some flexibility in terms of working from home.
