For 13 years, Stephen was BLB’s Managing Partner. Since stepping down from that role he has assumed overall responsibility for residential property across the firm.
He is an experienced property lawyer acting for developers, investors and owner-occupiers specialising in commercial real estate and high value residential property where he represents many overseas buyers and expats.
He also advises developers and investors dealing with student accommodation and also leisure property including vacation properties and resorts, luxury lodge developments and hotels. He is one of the few solicitors in the country dealing with fractional ownership schemes in the UK and overseas and is a regular contributor and speaker on the subject. He has contributed to the BBC, The Times (Bricks & Mortar), Abode2 and A Place In The Sun.
Stephen is married with three children and lives in Bath. His interests include golf, cricket and rugby and he is a member of MCC.
