BLB Solicitors appoint 3 new Partners

BLB Solicitors are pleased to announce the appointment of 3 new partners, with effect from 1st April 2015.

David Gazzard has, until recently, been a partner at a firm in Somerset. A senior and highly respected personal injury and clinical negligence specialist, his primary role will be to develop clinical negligence work across the firm.

Bruce Dyer qualified as a solicitor with BLB. He has over 25 years’ experience as a personal injury specialist and continues to assist the development of our nationally renowned department specialising in litigation involving chronic pain.

Richard Bowater joined BLB in 2014 and specialises in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, as well as high value residential property. His clients include property investors, developers, retailers and high net worth private individuals.

Managing Partner, Stephen Bishop, said “our Personal Injury team has developed an outstanding reputation in recent years and David’s and Bruce’s appointment will be key in helping us to develop further these niche areas of work. Since Richard joined BLB at the beginning of 2014, he has played a central role in the growth of our Commercial Property work and his appointment is recognition of this.”
