We are delighted to announce that our colleague, Areesha Amin, has qualified as a solicitor.
Areesha, who specialises in residential conveyancing, is based at our Trowbridge office.
She graduated in Law from the University of the West of England (UWE) in 2013 and returned to UWE in 2016 to complete the Legal Practice Course, later achieving a master’s degree (LLM) in advanced legal practice in 2020.
Her legal career began as a legal secretary, before progressing to become a paralegal in 2018 and subsequently qualifying as a chartered legal executive. In 2024, Areesha joined BLB Solicitors, where she was supported in completing the Professional Skills Course, which led to her qualification as a solicitor.
Caroline Entwistle, Head of Residential and Commercial Property at BLB Solicitors, said:
“Huge congratulations to Areesha. Receiving her solicitor’s practising certificate is a much-deserved reward for her hard work and determination in qualifying while also balancing work and family life. With her extensive experience in conveyancing and residential property, Areesha has quickly become a highly valued and respected member of the team with a bright future ahead.”
Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, Areesha is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service across a full range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Outside of work, Areesha is actively involved in her local community, supporting various charitable initiatives. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
