Ian Tomlinson and his team were amazing. My buyer and his solicitor were hard work with missing forms and problems. The estate agent selling my house was the rudest agent I have encountered in 5 previous house purchases. Ian and his secretary both made calls to reassure me and not to worry as they were doing everything possible for me. I cannot thank Ian enough. Nothing was too much trouble and every phone call (and I made numerous ..! ) was answered or returned within the same working day, many times within the hour. An amazing service at a very reasonable cost.
