Mrs Jones has been a wonderful source of knowledge during my child arrangement proceedings always acting with the highest professionalism however more importantly (to me anyway) is her ability to not only stay very level headed under pressure but also her ability to keep me calm during proceedings that under any circumstances can be very stressful and emotional. I can not recommend Mrs Jones highly enough.
Any advice given was clear, correspondence was prompt, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to use BLB again in the future.
