I also dealt with Olivia for the first time and she was great. Always available via email or phone for anything required and very proactive. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Clare is absolutely wonderful. She is caring and compassionate, and every step of the way I felt she was there for me. It was also very reassuring that she always seemed to know what the other side would do next, which meant we were always prepared for the next stage. I believe that is why the outcome was so successful.
