Joshua was courteous throughout and explained our questions. He worked to our timetable for which we were very grateful.

During both our Wills meetings with Joshua Pugsley his approach was professional. He treated us with kindness and respect and used clear but professional language and we were given opportunities to ask questions. Joshua gave clear answers and made sure we understood what he was advising, which we appreciated.
