Maria is a Paralegal within our Commercial Property and New Build teams, bringing extensive experience to a wide range of commercial and residential property matters, as well as landlord and tenant issues.
Over the years, Maria has gained particular expertise in:
- Commercial leases and assignments alongside estate management in leisure and retail;
- Project and team management; and
- Running residential property transactions from initial file opening to completion of the matter with the Land Registry.
Away from work
When not working, Maria enjoys spending time with her children as a rugby mum and walking her two Labradors.
