Hannah is a Legal Assistant in the Business Law (Company & Commercial) team. She is an unregistered barrister and previously worked in commercial account management for 5 years before moving to BLB in 2025.
Hannah’s background is in commercial client management, having worked in the corporate setting for 15 years, with a specific focus on commercial growth and strategic development since 2020 for high-net-worth clients across South-East Asia, Europe, the UAE, and the UK. Her experience includes contract and regulatory support for TNE and high-risk UK collaborations, presented as joint ventures, franchises, validations, articulations, agent/sub-contracting/recruitment, and licence to occupy arrangements.
Hannah completed the GDL in 2016 and was called to the bar in 2021. Hannah now supports the team across a broad spectrum of company and commercial work, including company sales/purchases and contract reviews, and intends to qualify as a solicitor.
Away from work
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys baking, countryside walks and hosting dinners for friends and family.
