Overview

 We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Property Litigation Solicitor or CILEx (1–5 years PQE) to join our busy and respected property litigation team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise in a growing and high-performing firm.

The role

 You will advise a wide range of clients, including landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents and private individuals, on a variety of contentious property matters, including:

  • Residential long leasehold landlord and tenant disputes, including enfranchisement, breaches of covenant, and management company disputes.
  • Commercial landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, breach of covenant claims, rent arrears, dilapidations and forfeiture.
  • Boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, rights of way and adverse possession.
  • Trespass and nuisance.
  • Co-ownership and trusts of land disputes.
  • Misrepresentation claims.
  • Residential tenant eviction and breach of covenant claims.

You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while supporting senior colleagues with more complex matters. Business development and relationship-building are a key part of your role as you help grow our property litigation offering.

About you

 You will be:

  • A Solicitor or CILEx (1–5 years PQE) with experience in property litigation.
  • Technically proficient and confident working independently with appropriate support.
  • Commercial in your approach, with strong client care and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic about progressing your career within a collaborative and ambitious team.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines.

Experience in commercial landlord and tenant work is desirable but not essential.
