At BLB Solicitors, our goal is simple – to deliver you clear, practical legal advice and cost-effective solutions. We hope you enjoy exploring our Blog. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please do contact us.

Sex hormone “may help Post Traumatic Stress Disorder victims”

A so-called “love hormone” released during sex could be used to treat post-traumatic stress disorders and other psychological conditions.

Oxytocin (which is also produced during child birth) has been shown to improve social skills.

Professor Robert Froemke of New York University has suggested that oxytocin “turns up the volume of social information processed in the brain.”

BLB handles many cases involving PTSD and will be happy to provide more information on the subject. We are particularly known for our treatment focused approach. If you are affected by the condition as the result of an injury or trauma that was not your fault, please contact David Gazzard on 01793 615011.
