You will be put through to one of our specialist personal injury solicitors for an informal discussion about what’s happened to you.
You’ll be asked about the circumstances surrounding your accident, the nature of your injuries or condition and any losses and expenses you’re incurring.
We’ll ask you about the treatment you’ve received and what further treatment is likely.
If you’re already with another solicitor and looking to change, we may ask you to send us, on a strictly confidential basis, documents you may already have such as medical reports.
The solicitor you speak to will give you their initial views on your prospects of success and, subject to that, explain to you the claims process and set out an action plan to take your claim forward. It should be noted that before we can finally accept your claim, it will have to satisfy our risk assessment procedure.
Should you wish to proceed, the solicitor will then discuss with you the different ways of funding your claim and will request from you any relevant documents such as a copy of any legal expenses insurance policy.
