Sandra joined BLB in 2017 after leaving her previous firm where she headed up the Commercial Property Department.

Sandra has a particular interest in development work including site acquisitions and drafting the documentation for subsequent plot sales, with particular expertise in Option Agreements, Overage Agreements and Conditional Contracts. Having dealt with developments and complex transactions of all sizes, this work enables her to utilise her first class knowledge, meticulous attention to detail and drafting skills.
In addition to development work, Sandra also deals with all aspects of commercial and high value residential property, working as necessary alongside the Dispute Resolution Team in drafting Agreements/Deeds following settlement.

Sandra’s tenacity has resulted in some very successful decisions made by the Land Registry in favour of her clients in respect of applications for adverse possession or rectification of the title. These involve comprehensive evidence gathering and drafting skills which can make all the difference between success and failure, ie the ability to sell houses or not.
