We are able to provide a full service to both landlords and tenants of all sizes, from acquisition to disposal through to day to day property management issues.

For landlords, we provide effective cover for all day to day practical issues, so ensuring that the value of the property is enhanced. For tenants, we can advise them on their general rights and responsibilities and ensure that when taking a new Lease, it is tailored to the needs of their business.

In addition, for landlords, we offer a management service including licences to assign, underlet, alter and change of use as well as advising on matters such as forfeiture, dilapidations and lease renewal negotiations.
