Bath Preservation Trust launches new Listed Building publication

Bath Preservation Trust  recently launched a publication entitled “Making Changes”,  which gives clear, easy-to-read guidance on how to make changes or adaptations to listed buildings in Bath. This Bath-specific publication is available from the BPT offices or can be downloaded here.  We also have  copies in  Reception of our Bath office.

The Bath Preservation Trust was founded in 1934 as a small pressure group, with the object of protecting the city’s unique architectural heritage,  and it’s aim is “to preserve for the benefit of the public the historic character and amenities of the City of Bath and its surroundings”.  Those who own listed buildings in Bath may wish to consider becoming a Member of the Trust.

BLB Solicitors has  a lot of experience with Listed Building issues, and Associate Solicitor Emma Wyatt, based in our Bath office, is very experienced in dealing with both commercial and residential transactions involving listed properties.
