In August 2007, Home Information Packs came into fruition, but they are no longer a necessary requirement for people wanting to sell their house following a change in Government and a change in legislation last week (21st May 2010).

.       Energy Performance Certificate - Sellers will still be required to commission one, but won't need to have received an EPC before marketing their property.
